Hi Sharon, I am just dropping you a quick note to say a million massive thank you's for the birthday cake, it was absolutely fabulous and I was so surprised when Phil bought it out, you could have knocked me down with a feather, everyone said how brilliant it was and you got me down to a T, wrinkles and all. I started this course (basic cake decorating) wanting to know the basics of cake dec and four courses later find myself still wanting to know more.
Without you as my teacher giving me encouragement I probably would have given up.
