Awards, medals and certificates
I have been very lucky to have won a large number of medals over the years, not just for my novelty cakes but also for Live marzipan modelling. Live cooking and bread and dough products and I am grateful to all those that have inspired or taught me over the years.... You are never too old to start learning!
This summer (2015) I have won six more medals and awards, 2 gold, 3 silver and one bronze medal as well as two best in class and then my best award to date BEST IN SHOW for my dancing Hippo which was an amazing feeling. Next year im aiming to compete in Cake International in Birmingham :-) x
