All our sponges are baked fresh to your order ensuring that they are moist and light and perfect every time. I guarantee they will stay fresh for seven days from collection or delivery as long as you store them correctly.

DEVILS FOOD - Rich and dark with a deep chocolate flavour filled with a sumptuous chocolate and vanilla infused buttercream

For an additional cost you can chose a white or milk chocolate Ganache or a traditional American peanut butter frosting....Mmmm delicious

VANILLA BEAN- Traditional and simple with the warming aroma of Madagascan vanilla. This lovely family favourite can be filled with your choice of juicy strawberry, raspberry or apricot jam and a vanilla infused buttercream

LEMON- zesty lemon infused cake with the aroma of a warm Sicilian afternoon, simply filled with premier quality lemon curd and a lemon infused buttercream

AUSTRIAN LEMON POPPYSEED- our zesty lemon cake with a light sprinkling of toasted poppy seeds, very 'grown up',simply filled with premier quality lemon curd and a lemon infused buttercream

 A little bit Extra in cost but worth every penny...

CARROT CAKE - moist cake infused with warm notes of cinnamon and nutmeg and studded with juicy raisins. this cake is filled with a luscious, smooth cream cheese frosting with a hint of orange

COFFEE AND WALNUT- studded with crunchy walnuts in a moist coffee and vanilla infused sponge, this is the perfect cake for the discerning cake eater

NEW ZEALAND COURGETTE - This KIWI favourite is absolutely delicious and perfect if you want something a little bit different for your special celebration cake, filled with a traditional orange infused cream cheese frosting and packed to the rafters with juicy raisins and nuggets of crunchy walnuts.

SALTED CARAMEL- one of my personal favourites, rich dark chocolate cake with a smooth and creamy caramel frosting and a hint of sea salt

BANANA AND RAISIN - when you want something different this is the perfect cake for you, moist, rich and delicious with a hint of cinnamon and packed with juicy raisins and plump nuggets of ripe banana ( this cake does not have a frosting but if you really cant live without one it is available for a small additional cost)
